This quote by John Muir sums it up for me. I love the wilderness and I find that when I am surrounded by God's creation, I am at peace.

I am a part-time professional landscape photographer based in the Pacific Northwest. What I am drawn to most in nature are the spectacular colors. The incredible greens of a backlit vine maple or the brilliant pinks, oranges or reds that are in sunsets and sunrises.

Through photography I hope to motivate others to get out into nature and enjoy its beauty and find peace. I have been fortunate to visit some truly inspiring places and I hope my images capture some aspect of the grandeur and majesty that nature conveys.
